Director’s Station Help

If you are using Windows 10; please try these following steps to correct this Invalid Browser error:

 

1.  Search Internet Explorer using the Cortana search box in the bottom-left corner next to your Start Menu

2.  Click the Internet Explorer Desktop app to launch
3.  Visit Director’s Station (site will open in new window)  and then come back to these instructions.
4.  You will see Invalid Browser
5.  Click on the settings/gear icon at the top-right of the browser

6.  Choose Compatibility View Settings

7. Click the Add button

8. Be sure checkboxes are marked as below and click Close.  Your browser should refresh and allow you to login
