With the New Year having rung in, the SEO Team is pleased to have implemented the Checkouts & Renewals to Date feature in WorkFlows.
When using the Item Search wizard and viewing the Circ Info tab, there will be two different sets of data.
- Ongoing checkouts/renewals: Indicates the number of times an item has been checked out/renewed since your library joined SEO or since June 2012 if your library was a member before then.
- Checkouts/Renewals to date: Indicates the number of times an item has been checked out/renewed since the counter was cleared (1/1/2023). The counter is scheduled to be reset each year thus meaning, these numbers will indicate how many times an item has been checked out during the current year.
