SEO is pleased to announce a new training opportunity for SEO Consortium Library Staff. We have created a Niche Academy dedicated to library staff. The Serving Every Ohioan Staff Tutorials academy contains over 100+ tutorials.
Topics include Dealing with Difficult Patrons, Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Library, Microsoft Office and Teams, Staff and Manager Development, Social Media, etc.
You can browse through all of the tutorials on the main page or limit the results by using the Categories on the right side of the academy.
This site is still being tweaked. If you find any tutorials that require registration, let me know. You
should not have to register for any tutorial. If you think a tutorial should be added to a certain category, send me an email.
