While we had no questions after the meeting, we were asked afterwards “What do we do with items that we cannot find on our hold shelf?”
- Contact the patron to ensure they did not get the item without it being checked out.
- Check your shelves for the item, in case it got shelved.
- Contact the owning library (if not your item) to have them check their shelves. If it is not on their shelves, ask that them to check it out to their MISSING user. If your own item, check it out to your MISSING user.
