The SEO Service Center is happy to bring curbside pickup capabilities to the SEO Libraries App. Click & Collect is a safe and convenient way for patrons to pick up “on-hold” items from your library using their smartphone. Patrons can safely wait in their vehicle while a member of the staff brings the items out to them or they can grab their items from a designated space/area.
The SEO Libraries App is putting power into your patrons’ hands by allowing them to initiate a curbside pickup (Click & Collect) themselves, all from within the SEO Libraries mobile application. This new functionality gives patrons a choice in how they interact with your staff.

How do you request it?
If your library is interested in using Click & Collect in the SEO Libraries App, please submit a ticket to the IT Department and choose SEO Libraries App Click & Collect Request in the “Type of Inquiry” drop-down:
Once submitted, the SEO staff will answer any of your questions and schedule a 1:1 meeting to communicate the necessary procedures to get Click & Collect activated.
