The SEO Library September 2018 highlights and ticket statuses have been posted to the SEO Consortium News and Announcements on the SEO Support site.
This section of the Support site will contain information pertaining to the following:
- Support ticket snapshots for the previous month including the subject and ticket number.
- Support ticket statistics by service department with ticket statuses.

| Sept. 12, 18 | Dianna Clark, Misty Wyscarver and Cathy Bond attended the Ohionet provided catalog training for another group of SEO Library Staff for the creation of original catalog records. The training was hosted in the State Library training lab. |
| Sept. 12, 18 | John Stewart, Brenda Michel and Nicole Brown traveled to the Perry Cook Memorial Library to meet with staff and review the policies and services of the library for their upcoming migration to the SEO Consoritum. |

| Sept. 13, 18 | Michael Postlethwait attended a telephone conference with the Norweld Regional and the Dorcas Carey Library for the implementation of a new grid widget for titles in the catalog to be placed on their website. |
| Sept. 14, 18 | John Stewart, Don Winland and Michael Postlethwait attended a SirsiDynix training on the newBLUEcloud Mobile App that SEO will be implementating later this year. |
| Sept. 18, 18 | Paula Clark hosted the Puskarich Public Library at the F. Ward Murrey Annex for use on the Indus Book Scanner with 1606 scans being completed. |
