SEO has been notified that there is an issue with new holds. When holds are placed through WorkFlows or Enterprise, they are not appearing on the OnShelf Items list. SirsiDynix has been made aware of this issue and is looking into it.
Your users’ holds will not be lost during this period. Once the issue is corrected, they will appear on the OnShelf Items list.
