The SEO team is happy to announce that we will be implementing a new help desk solution for our Support Site on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.
In early December, SEO was made aware that our current vendor H2Desk was ceasing operations. The SEO team evaluated three help desk solutions and agreed upon FreshDesk. While this move was not anticipated, we are excited to offer a modern interface and additional features that FreshDesk offers.
With the move to FreshDesk, it has become necessary that library staff members create an account in order to submit tickets. The registration process is streamlined, and instructions are attached to this e-mail. We encourage staff to begin registering for accounts today.
For now, you can access the FreshDesk portal at https://seoservicecenter.freshdesk.com/. Beginning February 24, the current support URL, http://support.servingeveryohioan.org, will be updated to FreshDesk.
