Hello everyone,
The SEO staff is continuing to make alterations to the holds lists, so the OnShelf Items list will only display holds for your locations. There are still some instances where some holds will be displayed that are not for pickup at your library.
* Copy specific holds
* There is no way to prevent these holds from appearing on the on shelf list.
* Holds newer than 5 minutes
* A script is ran every 5 minutes to change the hold level from SYSTEM to GROUP. If you run a hold shelf list, some titles may appear that were just placed. It may also take more than 5 minutes after being changed to GROUP to disappear from your list.
The script to change holds every five minutes was not running consistently this weekend. The IT team and SirsiDynix resolved this issue earlier today. SEO staff will be updating any holds that did get switched to GROUP.
Because of these holds still appearing on the OnShelf list, SEO staff has enabled the "Pickup Location" option on the OnShelf Report. You may need to log out of WorkFlows and log back in to see this change.
When you bring up the report, you will see the Pickup Location of each item.
If you click on the Pickup Library's code, you can see if the hold is copy-level or title-level.
