As of February 28, 2022, new holds placed in the SEO system will only be filled at the library group range. By default, the library group consists of the main library and any branches. However, if you are forming a cooperative with other libraries, SEO can create expanded hold groups for your library. Please open a ticket on our Support Site to let the SEO team know.
Because only new holds are being filled at the group range, your locations may still be seeing items that are being transited to locations outside of your group. These are holds that were placed before today. Please continue to fill and send these items for the patrons.
To accommodate this change, we have turned off the dynamic holds database. This change means that new holds will not immediately appear on the OnShelf Items list. Instead, the list will be updated every hour.
The SEO team appreciates the continued efforts of the libraries as we begin the transition to the new Statewide Delivery vendor.
