SEO would like to make a request of our @seolibraries.org email users; If you have not changed your email password in more than 3 months, NOW would be a good time to change your password.
Over the last few months several hack attempts have been sent to email users @seolibraries.org. The membership has been great at informing us when they see these hacking attempts.
To change your password, log on to your email account.
In the top right-hand side of the window you will see your initials in a circle. Click on the circle and choose ‘edit settings’. This will allow you to change the password on your email account.
Password Construction Requirements/Recommendations
▪ Passwords should be changed every 60 to 90 days
▪ Passwords should be a minimum length of 12 characters
▪ Passwords should contain numbers, special characters, and upper and lower-case letters
▪ Passwords should NOT contain a dictionary word or name
