If you have requested an email address @seolibraries.org for library staff and now that staff member is no longer working at your library, please let us know
We have a limited number of “contacts” that can be created in our email software for the consortia as a whole
Once that number is reached, email users trying to create new contacts will receive the following message below
We have reached that number, so any emails accounts not being used we would like to delete.
Also: Please check these setting in your email accounts
- Login to your IONOS webmail (https://mail.ionos.com/) à Click on Edit Settings (top-right) à Mail à Behavior à
- UNCHECK the following behaviors:
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder “Collected addresses” while sending
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder “Collected addresses” while reading
Once these behaviors have been unchecked/disabled, please check your “My address books” and see if you have a “Collected addresses”.
If you see 100s or 1000s of contacts in a “collected address”, please REMOVE any non essential email contacts from this list.
