The SEO Library August 2018 highlights and ticket statuses have been posted to the SEO Consortium News and Announcements on the SEO Support site.
This section of the Support site will contain information pertaining to the following:
- Support ticket snapshots for the previous month including the subject and ticket number.
- Support ticket statistics by service department with ticket statuses.

| August 10 | Misty Wyscarver attended the St. Mary’s Community Library staff development day to provide training on the new OWL Databases and searching full text within their library catalog, Lynda.com, Niche Academy new tutorials, Syndetics Unbound content in their catalog as well as an introduction to some newer services such as the Kids Catalog and Bento Boxes for Enterprise. |

| August 15 | Misty Wyscarver, SEO Trainer, attended a webinar for the BLUEcloud Wizard: BLUEcloud Cataloging provided by SirsiDynix. |
| August 20 – 21 | Misty Wyscarver hosted a new staff circulation training at the F. Ward Murrey Annex for one new employee of the Perry Co. District Library. |

| August 21 | John Stewart, Don Winland and Michael Postlethwait attended the monthly Webex meeting with the SirsiDynix Consultant. |
| August 21 | John Stewart and Michael Postlethwait attended a BLUEcloud Mobile Training and implementation call with SirsiDynix. |
| August 22 | Misty Wyscarver attended the Huron County Community Library staff development day to provide training on searching in Workflows and Mobile Circulation as well as an introduction to some newer services such as the Kids Catalog and Bento Boxes for Enterprise. |
| August 22-24 | Johnson Controls was at SEO for the upgrade and installation of the Managed Access Control and Video Monitoring Services for the SEO Library. |
| August 23 | Dianna Clark, John Stewart, Brenda Michel and Janice Bond hosted the SEO Advisory Committee meeting at the State Library. |
| August 28 | John Stewart attended the monthly State Library managers meeting via videoconference. |
| August 28 | Matt Motes provided two On-Demand training sessions at the New Vienna Branch Library onLibby App for OverDrive|Cyber Security with 12 attending. |
| August 30 | John Stewart attended a webinar training for BLUEcloud Mobile for the implementation of the mobile app for the SEO Consortium. |
| August 30 | Michael Limer, Director of the Guernsey County District Library visited SEO and met with the ILS Support staff to review all polices for their library. |
| August | John Stewart, IT and ILS support staff have attended various calls and meetings for the setup and schedule for the migration of the Perry Cook Memorial Library to the SEO Consortium. |
