The plan right now is to open holds on the morning of Friday, April 29 with the first batch of items being picked up by Priority Dispatch on Monday, May 2. If this plan is altered, we will notify everyone via this listserv.
As stated in the previous e-mail, the SEO staff understands that there will be a large number of holds that need to be filled. As with the past two weeks, your driver may not be able to pick up everything that you have ready. Please work closely with them to ensure a smooth transition. If you feel as though you need additional delivery material, open a ticket with SEO.
